What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be longer.
*Cancelling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at center@uspostspecials.shop as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.
*Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
*Custom / Duty fees / Remittance fee
Customs fees and Sale taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The product price does not include any tax. uspostsshops does not charge any taxes. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
*We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of their orders.
We accept payments in U.S. dollars. If you are making payments in other currencies, the bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please consult your bank.
*Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage. However, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
All carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website; emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
