Q: What if I need to change my personal information?
A: Please make sure any change of contact information like delivery address, email address and phone number to Pre-sales department before shipment.
Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A: Any cancellation and change on the order please email us within 24 hours after placing the order otherwise we cannot cancel or change.
Q:WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A:Orders that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.
RETURN POLICY
Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
A: Please email us within 48 hours after delivery otherwise we can’t offer refund.
Q: Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
A: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
